When I started my journey with Stage 4 Breast Cancer, I knew the only way out of this was, God. This began a very intimate and personal transformation that I haven't been able to share until now. This is God, as Source, as Life Force Energy, as catalyzing frequencies and vibrations the reverberate in every crevice of my BEing. I am a new, renewed and opened up in ways I never could of imagine. Cancer isn't happening to me. Life is happening and I AM is the strength to make it through gracefully. Mercedes Warrick

This is a sacred, sacred space. Somehow, some way you made it here.
I am so very grateful.
If You came here to explore and discover Sacred Qi, there is something inside of you that wants different. You may not even know what different is. That's okay. Here, we allow you to be in this moment. This one right now and bring you into a space where you can feel the inner you again.
Start here. Simply. Simply breathe with me for a moment. If you choose to be somewhere else. I hope that in these moments that you are here. You just feel better, fed and nourished in these few breaths and it gives you insight to know that you are honored. You are a conduit of living sacred qi (energy) and that you have a Presence inside of you that is Peace. Sometimes knowing this, remembering this, is all it takes to begin to heal, revitalized, accept or change what is going on in your world.
