The 77 pieces of art arrived while I was in deep contemplation. After working with each personally, these Sacred Soul Ignitions have inspired my living. Opening within me new ways of thinking, new insights, new action and a new calmness as I move through life with ingenuity, faith, stamina.

Sparking creativity.  I called each Soul Ignition a prompt that inspires the Genesis within. I have used this intuitive art as part of my personal prayers, selfcare and healing.

The Sacred Soul Ignitions are symbol-like.  Symbols bypass the thinking, defy definitions and the seemingly rational must-be/must-mean mindset.  The Sacred Soul Ignitions are not anchored in any religious, belief system or dogma. Because of this, their meanings are universal and fluid. The combinations of the Sacred Soul Ignitions and positions on the layout bring fresh perspective every time we interact with these energies and frequencies.  This is a dynamic, intuitive, immersion.

Any time that you spend with me, whether through the soul ignitions or in a Sacred Qi any collaboration, it is about you connecting with your inner Wisdom Qi and becoming comfortable in simply sitting within your own Divinity.

It is about being able to take refuge in The Divinity, receiving nurturing within Its Compassionate Presence.  Being aware and honoring how you are feeling and being caring towards your self.  For Me, this is sacred ground and this is Holiness.  Sometimes just being present in this space, whether sitting alone in your sanctuary or sitting in session with me,  is the most courageous act you can do to care for yourself.  The Divine Holiness can meet you because you choose to come into communion.  It is your presence that allows The Presence.

In a contemplative life practice you:

  • Slow down the pace and evolve into peace.
  • Become comfortable in the not knowing everything.
  • Understand that there are ebbs and flows, expansions and contractions, you know the impermanent nature of living and ride the wave
  • Consciously sit with your Source of morality, inspiration, nourishment and provision, as a lifestyle.

The Blessing usually takes the form of an I AM sequence.  The one from the above journal entry is: I AM Alive.  I AM The Aliveness.

WHAT DO I DO WITH THE SACRED SOUL IGNITION & THE BLESSING?

It is like receiving my own personalized prayer with a direction for sitting in communion and contemplation.  The automatic writing is verse received directly for you and the soul ignition can be used to inspire your own creativity: Use it to do a week or monthly long journaling, do artwork or be inspired by walking with it into nature.  This become a point of solace, quiet, meditation or it may spur you on to take action. Most importantly, it has given me a inward place to go during times when tough decisions have to be made or I need a little creative release.  Either way it is divinely inspired just for you through Guidance.

This is not a definitive linear process.  You are your own Guru. These sessions stimulate a creative, intuitive flow and these sacred soul ignitions are prompts to stimulate creativity and new thinking.  The first part may become a poem, a prayer, a confirmation, an inspiration or direction to be discerned. WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED.

These are prompts to inspire and ignite inner creativity and expanded points of view.  I often say that God Whispers Into Me.  The God Whispers or Wisdom Qi provide support to create new prayer, affirmations and points of view.   My experience with the sacred soul ignition has been varies, here are some examples.  I have received questions to ask my doctor.  I have received peace.  I have definitely received inspired approached to challenges and relationships.  New artwork has been inspired through these Soul Ignitions. These insights have become tools for me to move out of stuck and into action.  The most valuable blessing that I have received is a way to sit with myself with compassion and grace.  The experience that I have had as always been peaceful, sometimes stimulating but rarely uncomfortable or urgent.  Even when I have had to deal with something that has been tough. (I brought these cards to my chemotherapy session.) I experienced peace and I could go into my inner sanctuary for for guidance and contemplative self-care.
