A PRAYER IMMERSION FOR WOMEN 30+ YEARS YOUNG, ALL SPIRITUAL BELIEFS & CULTURES WELCOME

Spiritual Director for Sacred Qi, facilitates this once per month gathering on the first day of the month, at 6:30 a.m. PST. via Zoom.
This is a prayer immersion. For approximately 60 minutes engage is purposeful self care and a practice called: Pouring Love. Each prayer immersion is filled with prayers, spiritual contemplation and breathwork. These nondenominational spiritual gatherings focus on the frequency of LOVE and the Energy of I AM.

We come into communion because of our mutual belief that prayer is Lifeforce creative energy that infuses our world with peace, love, mercy and G-D. As we live we are the radiant expression of Good, all paths express our higher integrity.
Because this is a multicultural and spiritual diverse group, our richness is fourfold:
- Gathering to support each other through Love and prayer.
- Creating an environment where self care and nurturing is a prominent element of each gathering.
- Pouring Love, through our unified heart, into our families, communities and world is our contribution to an expanded presence of peace, love and mercy.
- As I take care and nourish myself, My Self can overflow and pour into others.

We need to practice peace (love) with our partner, children, friends, neighbors, and society. Only this kind of practice will allow the flower of peace to take root in our families, in our communities, and in the world. Each one of us can draw from the wisdom of his or hers own spiritual tradition - whether it is Judaism, Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, or any other.
Prayer Immersions simply stated is connecting into a deep presence of The Divine that comes through to inspire, heal, motivate and expand. Every breath is life. Every word is prayer. Mercedes opens each session with a unifying breath sequence, we do some self care and release ourselves into this creative energy for inflowing prayer.
